Plant produces high yields of 3.75" long by 1.5" wide Jalapeno hot peppers. Peppers are hot, have thick walls, and turn from glossy green to red when mature. Best when harvested green. Excellent for making salsa and pickling.

Jet Star produces big yields of large, clean, globe shaped fruit. Low acid with old fashioned flavor. A bit softer than newer varieties with good red color inside and out.

Deep blue savoyed leaves that grow to be 3" wide by 18" long. Best eaten when leaves are 8-10" in length. As with all the other kales, considered to be highly nutritious. 

Similar to Winterbor, but purple-red. For garnishing and eating. Flavor, color, and curling are enhanced by cold weather. Leaves grow to be 18"-24" in length.

This unusual vegetable deserves to be grown and appreciated more. It is often described as a turnip growing on cabbage roots. The flavor is similar to both turnips and cabbages, but is milder and sweeter. Like cabbage and other brassica members, kohlrabi helps reduce the risk of cancer. A rich source of Vitamins A, C, and K, and folate, as well as antioxidant carotenoids, b-carotene, and lutein. Slice thinly and serve raw with dip. Delicious just peeled and grated or sliced in salads. Young leaves and stems are also delicious in salads.
