Miller Plant Farm is proud to support our local community by contributing to meaningful causes and events throughout York County and the surrounding areas. We receive a large number of donation requests each year, and to ensure fairness and consistency, we ask that all requests follow the guidelines outlined below.
How to Request a Donation
All donation requests must be submitted using the official Donation Request Form embedded on this page, along with a formal donation request letter on your organization’s letterhead.
To be considered, requests must meet the following requirements:

Requests must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the event date

A completed Donation Request Form is required

A donation request letter on official organization letterhead must be included

Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed or approved
Completed requests will be carefully reviewed, and approved donations will be awarded at the discretion of Miller Plant Farm.
Eligible Organizations
Due to the high volume of requests we receive, Miller Plant Farm limits donation approvals to the following types of organizations:

Churches and faith-based organizations

Schools and school-affiliated groups

Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
Requests from individuals, for-profit businesses, or organizations outside these categories are respectfully declined.
