Our hope is that you are enjoying the fresh fruits and vegetables that you have been getting each week.
We are doing our best to give you a good selection and variety of the year’s harvest.
I want you to know that we appreciate your investment in our family farm. Through community support and programs like this, small family farms can be sustainable. When farms are sustainable, they remain in farming and open space, and out of the hands of developers. Miller Plant Farm is dedicated to agriculture and helping to feed our neighbors!
I have worked this ground all my life and there is a relationship that develops with the land that is hard to describe. To be good stewards and for each generation to leave it better than they found it. I have heard it said that mankind owes its existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains.
The Miller Family wants to make sure that this soil which five generations have tilled for over 100 years remains in agriculture. We are in the process of preserving over 100 acres of land with the Farm and Natural Lands Trust of York County. This is a big decision for us as it places a perpetual easement on the land. This small part of York County will remain as it is long after I am gone.
That makes me smile!

Full Share typically receives larger portions of given items than small share. Actual share items are subject to change depending upon availability, if necessary.
