Cooler Corn

Ingredients

  • Corn
  • Water

Directions

  1. Husk corn and place in cooler.

  2. Boil water (enough for 2 quarts per dozen) and pour over corn.

  3. Close lid of cooler and allow corn to cook.

  4. Corn will be ready to eat in 30 minutes.

  5. If all the cooked corn is not used at once, drain the water and the corn will stay ready to eat for 2 hours.
