Warm Bacon Vinaigrette Swiss Chard

Ingredients

  • 2 slices applewood-smoked bacon
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 cups chopped Swiss chard

Directions

  1. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add bacon to pan; cook until crisp.

  3. Remove bacon from pan; crumble.

  4. Remove pan from heat.

  5. Add vinegar and freshly ground black pepper to pan, stirring with a whisk.

  6. Pour vinegar mixture over Swiss chard; toss.
