Broccoli, Corn, and Green Bean Saute

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 8 oz crumbled feta cheese with basil and sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 ½ cups chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups corn
  • oregano to taste
  • 2 cups green beans
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Stir in broccoli, corn, and green beans. Cook until broccoli and beans are tender.

  3. Sprinkle with fete cheese, and continue cooking until cheese is melted. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately
